About the cottage
Leppäaho is a cosy old farmhouse in the village of Nykälä, Mikkeli. It has been fully renovated with respect for its original character. Beautiful old log walls give the living room and bedroom a warm, homely feel. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, and the living room has a traditional wood-fired baking oven. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and a second bedroom upstairs with three beds. An electric sauna is located next to the bathroom.
Please note: an outdoor sauna is currently being built in the cottage yard, so please take care when moving around outside. The cottage is located in the village of Nykälä, along Porsaskoskentie road. It is not on the lakeshore, but you are welcome to use the rowing boat and the lakeside sauna at our farm, 3 km from the cottage. (The boat mooring is shared with other guests.)

Bed linen €14 per person
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and do the cleaning yourselves.
A wood-heated hot tub is available for this cottage: Mon–Thu €100 per day, Fri–Sun €120 per day. Ask us for a quote for several days.
